Our essential oil distiller is made only for the purpose of distilling essential oils and hydrosols from plants, with steam distillation.
You can opt to purchase the still on its own, or add the essential oil separator which is sold separately. A thermometer can also be purchased additionally and can be installed for you.
This still comes equipped with a pot , stainless steel or brass Tri clamp seal , the column with helmet attached, and a side condenser with water inlet at the bottom and water outlet at the top, as well as a copper spout where the distillate will come out of. It also comes with 2 internal sieves, one at the bottom of the column, which is removable, and a top sieve on the helmet to prevent the passage of plants into the tube and condenser. With the tri clamp seal, you will not have to use an additional sealing method. Plastic hoses / heat source not included.

Your wish is our command. Our valued customers asked for our own version of an oil separator, and here it is! Our essential oil separator is the perfect addition to your still if you are distilling hydrosols or essential oils.
Your distillate will drop into the acrylic tube included with the separator, it will accumulate the oils at the top where it will be easy to extract the oils using a standard plastic syringe (not included) , and the remaining floral waters / hydrosols will slowly come out the other end, into your own recipient, so that your separator never overflows.

Our Premium Copper Flip Top Column Alembic Still includes a copper pot with soldered union construction, a rotating column attached to the pot with a metal support, which can be used or tipped to the side when you wish to use the alembic traditionally, a swan neck lid, an extension pipe and a condensing recipient with serpentine coil.
The extension pipe is provided to compensate for the increased height of the column. It is connected between the lyne arm and the condenser. When you wish to use the alembic without the column, simply tip the column to the side and remove the extension pipe, connecting the lyne arm directly to the condenser.

This model is also equipped with a detachable brass locking system on the helmet lid that will facilitate storage when the alembic is not in use and also allows the connection of a refining lentil and parrot spout that can be purchased separately.
