Return/Cancellation policy: If you are not satisfied with your order or choose to cancel your order after purchase and before shipment, you may do so within 7 days of the purchase in order to receive a full refund. After this period you may request a cancellation however we will charge a 20% restocking fee. This only applies to orders made and paid for on our online shop. If you request a cancellation after shipment has been made, you may request a return.
Goods may be returned for a credit within seven (7) days after receipt and must be accompanied by our invoice and date of purchase. It is the customer’s obligation to pack and return the goods as they were received. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods in this case. After this period, you may request a return but a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. We do not accept returns if the items have been used or changed in any way, all returns must be made in the condition that the items were sent.
-Custom made orders can be cancelled up to 7 days after purchase. We do not accept returns on any custom made orders.
Copper Brothers, its employees or representatives shall not be liable for any damage, danger or bodily harm arising out of the improper use of our products. This includes any results obtained from the alembics.
All prices are stated in € Euros unless you choose any of the other currencies available. Prices as shown do not include VAT. Vat is added when selecting your country of shipment, if applicable.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Paypal and Bank Transfer, however we reserve the right to reject payments or orders and for this we will apply a refund.
Shipping information
Delivery time after order confirmation: Approximately 3-5 business days after order confirmation depending on method of shipment chosen.
We will notify the customer via email of any delays in regards to the order they place.
- In the case of damage occurred in shipping, customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery so a complaint can be opened with the shipping company. Photos of the damage as well as photos of the box that the product was shipped in must be included with the complaint. We will inform you of the outcome of said complaint and if the complaint is accepted, we will apply the compensation towards customer reimbursement if the customer decides to keep the damaged item or attempt a local repair, or it can be applied towards manufacturing a new item should the compensation be enough to support this. For custom made orders that include Insurance, please contact us via email for more information.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES OR DUTY TAX- Customers outside the European Union, are responsible for payment of any import or customs charges applied upon delivery. This is not included in your shipping costs nor can we add this to your order costs. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions relating to this.
If you live in the United Kingdom, please note that since Brexit, we no longer charge you tax so you may have to pay customs or import fees for your orders coming from Portugal, this is not included in the shipping cost, and the total of tax or import fees is determined by the UK government. The shipping company will inform you via email or phone call if you are required to pay any tax, or customs and import fees.
All products provided by Copper Brothers have a guarantee of 12 months from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated). This warranty excludes any items that have a shorter life expectancy such as accessories.
