This Premium Copper Riveted alembic still is equipped with a copper pot, riveted union construction, a swan neck lid, a lyne arm with brass union connecting to the condensing recipient, serpentine coil as well as water inlet and outlet on the condenser. Thermometer not included, can be added as an accessory.

This product is handcrafted and as such, measurements and capacities may vary slightly from the ones listed here. The copper thickness refers to the original copper sheet used in the manufacturing of the alembic.
Care for your still: A first cleaning distillation is recommended to clean out any impurities left over from the manufacturing process. These substances, which are inherent to copper, can also be deposited after the still has not been used for a long period of time.

Please note: Traditionally the riveted alembics are still very popular, but some leaks can occur from the rivets in time. In order to make sure there are no leaks from the rivets, our artisans tin the inside of the alembic in the areas where the rivets are applied, it is completely safe to use and 100% lead free tin.All our riveted stills are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment.
